ListfulThinking is pretty simple.

It's made that way on purpose. So, until the more advanced features we're planning get added in, this page will remain pretty slim. If you have any questions that aren't answered on this site please e-mail Kate at

FAQ

Q: What are those values when I create a ListfulThinking Item.
A:

  • internal importance
How important it is to you or your group that you get this task done
  • external importance
How important it is to other people (clients maybe) that you get this task done.
  • creative feasibility
How difficult or easy will it be to come up with the ideas needed to perform this task. If something is going to take a really long time to figure out / design it should be markedcloser to "hardly".
  • technical feasibility
How difficult, or easy, it will be to actually perform this task. If something is going to take a really long time to implement it should be marked closer to "hardly".

Q: How are items prioritized?
A: The simple version is that ListfulThinking will sort the tasks that are most important and easiest to implement to the top. If something is very technically and creatively feasable and important, internally and externally, it will be sorted to the top.
